What is the coverage of our insurance?

Lost, theft or robbery of your luggage.

If during the transport your luggage is lost or stolen, JACOTRANS guarantee you a compensation of 50€. INSURE YOUR LUGGAGE.

To be able to receive this compensation you should acredit the lost 48 hours later to the indispensable presentation of  the corresponding complaint to the competent local authorities.

We take responsibility for your luggage while in our care, that is, during the transport.

We won’t compensate separetely for parts of accessories or objects. The following are excluded: loss of money, jewels, papers… and/or the robbery/theft of personal objects.

In all cases it will be necessary to present a list with detailed descriptions and value of the lost or stolen objects.

For any complain you will have to prove the hiring of our services.
